Normally a good experience but I just went for a late breakfast and the place was locked up even though the hours say they close at 3 pm. Not happy! It almost looked like they were closing permanently. Any insight?

As a native New Yorker it is hard to find a good bagel in Eastern Connecticut. Bagel One is very good. The Bagels are fresh and tasty. I wish they were open a little later.

I used to really love this place- the food is really good, but.......the service has gone way down hill. They close at 3pm, but turn everything off a little after 2-and seem annoyed if you come in expecting anything after that. I don’t want to feel bad or like I’m putting people out to order some food. It’s too bad.

I absolutely LOVE Bagel One☝!!! Best breakfast sandwiches ever! Everything tastes like its home made, not prepackaged or prepared breakfast sandwiches like other places. And the staff is very sweet!
